Trash is running a little behind today due to the amount of rain that we have received.  Please help us in spreading this information by letting your friends and neighbors know about this.  If you should not get your trash picked up by noon, please call 893-2065, so that we can give them the addresses when they check in.  Thank you!

Holiday Bulk Trash Pick-Up

BULK Pick-Up for ‘ALL’ the town will be tomorrow, December 28th, to help with some of your Holiday trash.

Today’s Bulk Pick-Up Delay

If you live in Zone 4 and your bulk pick-up is today, the Trash Truck is broke down and there will be a delay in getting your trash picked up.  Please just leave it by the road and the truck will be by as soon as they get it up and running. Sorry for any inconvenience.

City Wide Clean-Up Week

The City of De Leon will be having their annual clean-up week during June 23 – June 30, 2012.  Saturday, June 23rd will be curbside pick-up on the WESTSIDE of town and then Saturday, June 30th will be curbside pick-up on the EASTSIDE of town. City yard will be open Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm and will be CLOSED between 12-1 for lunch. MUST PROVIDE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING AT THE YARD: DUMP PASS WATER BILL DL showing you are a LOCAL resident of the city NO LOCAL CONTRACTORS…..YOU MUST GO TO STEPHENVILLE OR BROWNWOOD TO THE DUMP GROUNDS. -###-  

Trash Pick-up for Thanksgiving Holiday

IESI will not be picking up trash on Thursday, November 24th, but will be picking up trash on Friday, November 25th, due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.  

Changes to Trash Pick-Up Time

IESI has informed the city that they will start running trash service in De Leon at 7:00 am.  Please have your polycart out by the road for pick-up, no later than 7:00 am, so that you are not missed. If you should get missed, you will need to notify City Hall at 254-893-2065 or questions@cityofdeleon.org  and let us know.  We will contact IESI, so that you will be on the next pick-up day.

June 8th Bulk Pick-Up

Wednesday, June 8, 2011, bulk trash pick up will be moved to Saturday, June 11, 2011, due to the trash truck being broke down. If you should have any problems please call 254-893-2065, so that we can pass this on to IESI. (our trash service provider) Thank you.
