Good afternoon De Leon! As some are aware, Knox Waste Service LLC will become De Leon’s garbage service beginning July. We apologize for all of the confusion during the switch – please do not hesitate to call City Hall with any questions.
Garbage pickup schedule will be as follows:
Regular Garbage:
The north-west section of town will be picked up on Mondays, except for the west half of North Texas which will be picked up on Thursdays.
The north-east section will be picked up on Tuesdays.
The south-east section will be picked up on Fridays, except for the south half of East Reynosa which will be picked up on Thursdays.
The south-west section will be picked up on Tuesdays, except for the south half of West Reynosa which will be picked up on Mondays.
Bulk Pickup:
The north-west section of town will be picked up on the first Wednesday of the month, except for the west half of North Texas which will be picked up on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
The north-east section will be picked up on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
The south-east section will be picked up on 3rd Wednesday of the month, except for the south half of East Reynosa which will be picked up on 2nd Wednesday of the month.
The south-west section will be picked up on the 4th Thursday of the month, except for the south half of West Reynosa which will be picked up on the 1st Thursday of the month.
Dumpster Pickup:
All dumpsters will be picked up on Wednesdays.
