Duties and Powers of the City Attorney

The City Attorney shall represent the City in the corporation court, give advice to other city officers, and attend the meetings of the City Commission for this purpose, and do and perform such other duties as are usually incident to the office of city attorney, or that may be required of him by the City Commission.
