No, the city does not require a vendor’s permit. If you will be going door to door, you will need a solicitor’s permit, however. Please see the solicitor’s permit section. As a vendor, there are several restrictions on where you can set up in town. Please read the corresponding answers carefully.

Yes, Vendors are allowed in the City of De Leon. However, the city does regulate the location of where Vendors are allowed to set up. Please see Ordinance #014-12.
The Solicitor’s permit is required for vendors who want promote their business, and sell door to door. Ordinance #004-15
